The Christmas Reiki Retreat

We'll begin the Retreat by experiencing a blue lotus infused cacao ceremony with Katy Smith: sip this ancient elixir as you are guided into a reflective meditation, grounding you in the moment and preparing you for transformation. The cacao won't be full strength and you can choose to add cinnamon, coconut sugar or honey to your taste. We'll have a walking meditation with Malcolm to a very special tree not far from the St Laurence's Church and then the Share. We'll be able to practice our own skills (you may not have practised for a while - time to get back into it) and receive healing.

TO BEGIN WITH

The cacao will set the tone for the afternoon as it will create a sacred and communal space for heart-opening, emotional release, and spiritual connection.

THEN

We'll do a mindful walk to our favourite tree (the one the Reiki Masters visited recently) and  experience  a Tree meditation which involves touching the tree, feeling its strength, and receiving rest and strength. It helps us ground and connect to nature.

FINALLY

Healing. Back in the village hall, a cup of tea and then the main event. If you haven't practised reiki for a while you'll be able to get started again and also you can receive reiki and begin the healing process to achieve 'body, speech and mind in perfect Oneness'.

CHRISTMAS

With Christmas "madness" just a couple of weeks away, this Reiki Retreat will give you inner strength, peace and calm to take you through the festive season and into the New Year. We'll have mince pies and refreshments to end the day.
