About the course
There are nine sessions.
Each session contains teaching and practice
- At the end of each session you can opt to receive a course booklet. Nine booklets in total. Each one is posted to you so that you receive it the day after the online session.: each one is in an A5 format with 16 pages. It means that you don't have to take any notes. £7.50 includes postage.
- You'll also receive audio recordings of music and meditation practice so that you can practice between sessions.
- Your tutor is available each week by arrangement to help you with your practice should you need it and to answer any questions that might arise.
You can reserve your place on this course using the Form below.
The link to Zoom will be sent to you on receipt of payment and a reminder with the link 10 minutes before the start of each session.(see Form). As soon as you have applied to do the course we'll contact you to confirm your place.
Once you have completed the course in full, you can repeat the course at any time in the future also free of charge but without the expenses as you will already have all the materials i.e. booklets, recordings etc.
