The Introduction to Mindful Living Course

The Mindfulness Centre, Orchard Cottage, Elms Green.

About the course

There are eight sessions.

Each session contains teaching and practice

At the end of each session you receive a course  booklet.  Eight booklets in total.                   

This is in an A5 format with about 16 pages. It means that you don't have to take any notes.

You also receive audio recordings of music and meditation practice so that you can practice between sessions.

Your tutor is available every day of the course to help you with your practice should you need it and to answer any questions that might arise.

£20 a week (£160 in total) for expenses incurred - a 16 page booklet each week, coffee, videos, audio recordings etc.

 

"ADVANCED" MINDFULNESS Retreat days are offered as 'follow-up' opportunities.

 

ADVANCED MINDFULNESS RETREAT

The Advanced Mindfulness Retreat is to follow up the 8 week Introduction to Mindful Living Course.

 

The next Mindfulness Retreat will be held later in the year 2026. The venue and date have yet to be arranged. It will be a two day residential event.

The day will include short readings, teaching and practice. Meditation will be a main feature plus music and some activities.
