Cacao
Spiritually , cacao is regarded for its grounding and heart-opening qualities. Our ceremony is designed to place you in a positive, uplifted state where you’re open to embracing spiritual intentions as you connect more deeply with yourself and with others. Cacao is a powerful plant ally that can help facilitate spiritual growth, healing, and connection, and that’s what the ceremony is all about. We're not going to use full strength cacao this time and there will be a variety of sweeteners for those of us who prefer it.
The Retreat
An opening blue lotus infused cacao ceremony with Katy: sip this ancient elixir as you are guided into a reflective meditation, grounding you in the moment and preparing you for transformation. We'll have a walking meditation with Malcolm to a very special tree not far from the St Laurence's Church and then the Share. We'll be able to practice our own skills (you may not have practised for a while - time to get back into it) and receive healing.
